• Manage inventory, pricing, and deal structures in collaboration with management

• Foster a positive, energetic environment that drives performance and results

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in automotive sales management or F&I

• Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills

• Ability to analyze data, manage deals, and meet performance targets

• A customer-first mindset and passion for the automotive industry
