Senior RF Design Engineer

About the Role:

Join our Wireless Hardware R&D team as a Senior RF Design Engineer, where you’ll play a critical role in designing, modifying, and managing RF products from concept to completion. You’ll be the central resource across multiple departments—design, manufacturing, testing, quality, and marketing—ensuring that products meet industry standards and deliver optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop & enhance RF products, with a focus on wireless communication design.
  • Lead RF circuit design from concept to production, including radio transceiver design, RF PAs, LNAs, filters, synthesizers, VCOs, and mixers.
  • Conduct circuit measurements using spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, and network analyzers.
  • Validate designs through analysis, simulation, and testing, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Execute field studies and system tests to improve performance.
  • Provide technical support across project leadership, regulations, reliability, and component selection.
  • Coordinate and verify work of technicians and CAD designers to maintain design integrity.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of industry experience in RF design.
  • Strong knowledge of electronic circuits, RF systems, and microwave theory.
  • Expertise in FCC certification and advanced modelling/simulation techniques.
  • Familiarity with communication theory and digital signal processing (a plus).
  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Electronics Engineering, or Communications Engineering (Master’s preferred).
