Junior Auditor

This is a remote position.

As a Junior Auditor you will support our algorithmic auditing team’s projects by conducting research, collecting and analyzing data, and contributing to the creation of reports, publications, and other project-related content. The successful candidate will have a keen interest in the algorithmic auditing, AI bias, and responsible AI. They will be eager to learn form a diverse and motivated team and help shape a more ethical technological future.

Your key responsibilities:

• Assist in the implementation of quantitative research methodologies, including data collection and analysis.
  
• Support the analysis research findings using both statistical tools and qualitative analysis methods.
  
• Collaborate with team members to develop audit reports and presentations.
  
• Conduct literature reviews on topics related to AI bias and ethics, algorithmic auditing, and algorithmic systems.
  
• Managing project documentation, and communicating with stakeholders.
  
• Stay updated on the latest developments in AI auditing and research to inform project activities.
  

Requirements

• Fluency in English
  
• A degree in a relevant field (statistics, data science, computer science, sociology, etc.)
  
• Strong research skills, including experience collecting and analyzing data.
  
• Exceptional written communication skills, with the ability to craft clear and concise reports tailored to clients' needs.
  
• Interest and experience conducting research in AI/ML, ethical technology, or algorithmic auditing.
  
• Solid understanding of statistics and experience using statistical analysis software.
  
• Being passionate about social change and ethics in technology
