We started Oscar in 2012 to create the kind of health insurance company we would want for ourselves—one that behaves like a doctor in the family.</p> <p><strong>About the role:</strong></p> <p>The Senior Analyst, Individual and Family Plan Insurance Solutions, provides foundational analytical research and product level support across Oscar’s individual and family (IFP) and employer-subsidized product portfolios. This role focuses on data analysis, market and competitive research, and performance monitoring of our markets to inform product strategy, design decisions, and execution readiness across on-exchange and employer-subsidized (ICHRA) solutions.</p> <p>This role operates horizontally across product lines and segments, serving as an insight engine for product teams and enabling data-driven decision making in a regulated, multi-market environment.</p> <p>You will report into the Vice President, Insurance Product Innovation and Development</p> <p><strong>Work Location: </strong>This is a remote / work-from-home role. You must reside in one of the following states: Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, Michigan, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Texas, or Virginia. Note, this list of states is subject to change. #LI-Remote</p> <p><strong>Pay Transparency: </strong>The base pay for this role is: $83,628 - $109,761 per year in New Jersey, New York, and California. The base pay for all other locations is: $75,265 - $98,785 per year.
