About the role
Position Summary:
The Vice President of AOM will help with strategic alignment and initiatives to grow the channel as well as coordination across the Bottler network to streamline the CMAs and Monster priorities. This person will report to Mike and develop strategies and tactics for 2025 and beyond through bottler and BU alignment from a National level.
Essential Job Functions:
- Strategically Align AOM Programs Nationally.
- Work closely to incorporate a uniformed CMA to drive AOM volume and increase distribution.
- Create selling stories based on data and category insights to support AOM initiatives.
- Incorporates Communication Processes Nationally with the support of the Commercial Team.
- Works directly with BU VP General Managers on execution.
- Initiates monthly cadences with the bottler AOM and RGM leads on development of AOM channel.
- Communicates and develops sales plans to tie in with company’s Marketing Initiatives.
- Works directly with Commercialization and CRGM teams to increase execution.
- Responsible for connectivity with all entities that touch the bottling network AOM channel.
- Incorporates training programs for the field to increase productivity for AOM.
- Manage a BFP and budget by bottler for necessary funding to grow the channel.
- Build strategic incentives that will drive long term growth.
- Other related duties as assigned.
Position Requirements:
- National Account Manager Experience/ and National or National Account Directors experience.
- 10-15 years of sales experience in a retail, broker and distributor sales environment.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience, preferably in Business, Marketing or Finance.
- Demonstrated track record of sales management achievement.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to establish good relationships and credibility with customers; ability to collaborate at all levels.
- Excellent at managing time, priorities and expenses.
- Able to work independently while being a team player.
- Proficiency using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with forecasting, Nielsen/IRI, POS and Inventory reports.
- Flexibility to travel as needed.
Base Pay Range: $181,600 - $213,675
