Product Manager for EdTech (German & Russian Speaker)

This is a remote position.

Brain Beruf Academy is an academy for intellectual professions for migrants in Germany. Our mission is to integrate people with a migration background into the German labor market, to give them not only professional skills but also to help them adapt to their new country.

Your Role:

• Developing and creating online courses in German for accountants and other office professions, All the courses are tailored for people from different countries who are living in Germany;
  

• Leading the development process of hybrid courses (synchronous + asynchronous);  
  

• Managing a team of instructional designers and later other members of the product team;  
  

• Identifying technical solutions and AI tools to create an engaging learning experience;  
  

• Designing a student support system to guide learners throughout the course;  
  

• Collaborating with professionals from accounting and other fields to develop high-quality, practical course materials; 
  

• Monitoring key product metrics (e.g., churn, satisfaction, performance);
  

• Training marketing and sales teams on the product features and benefits.  
  

• Identifying pain points and implementing changes to improve the product's quality.  
  

• Working on reducing student churn and increasing satisfaction.  
  

• Preparing documentation for course certification.  
  

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a Product Manager (preferably in EdTech products);
  

• Native Russian and fluent German language;
  

• Experience in developing hybrid educational products; 
  

• Experience in creating interactive longreads is desirable;   
  

• Skills in implementing a metrics system for analysis and decision-making; 
  

• Experience in adapting video scripts for AI avatar narration will be an advantage.   
  

• Willingness to work in a start-up environment.
