About the role

Job Requirements

Expert knowledge in TCP/IP, routing/switching. Network certification is a bonus.
Solid knowledge of firewall,UTM, VPN, AV/IPS engines.
Solid knowledge of cryptography/PKCS
Expertise in QA automation using Python & shell scripting
Hands-on experience with Fortigate, PA, Checkpoint or similar firewall/UTM is a plus.
Experience with FortiPAM, Hashicorp Vault or similar credential management systems is a bonus
Experience with VMware ESXi and KVM and/or Public cloud GCP, AWS
Strong problem solving and debugging skills
Good communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills

Job Responsibilities

Review and understand product functionality and requirement to identify test scenarios across cloud service applications
Create and execute test cases to ensure products assigned are thoroughly tested.
Develop and maintain automation to run test cases.
Build tools to ensure test cycles are faster and reliable
Work closely with development and Product management teams to understand functionality and provide efficient feedback.
Use tools to report test case results and track defects to improve quality
Stay updated on new testing methodologies and tools to always improve the QA process

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $130,100-$168,400. Fortinet offers employees a variety of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401(k), 11 paid holidays, vacation time, and sick time as well as a comprehensive leave program.

Wage ranges are based on various factors including the labor market, job type, and job level. Exact salary offers will be determined by factors such as the candidate's subject knowledge, skill level, qualifications, experience, and geographic location.

All roles are eligible to participate in the Fortinet equity program, Bonus eligibility is reviewed at time of hire and annually at the Company’s discretion.
