The Talent Management Intern is paid hourly at a rate of $15 per hour.

Job Description

Position Overview:
OMES is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our Human Capital Management division. This internship provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of human resources and talent management.

Position Responsibilities:

  • administrative duties and record keeping,
  • sourcing, assessing, and screening candidates, 
  • candidate profile management, 
  • communicating with candidates and state agency recruiters and hiring managers,
  • and other duties as assigned.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

This position works in a comfortable office setting with a computer for a large percentage of the workday. The noise level in the work environment is usually mild. 

Minimum Qualifications

Must be enrolled in an institution of higher education and working toward an undergraduate degree, which shall include associate's degrees or certifications by the Oklahoma Department of Career and Technology Education, or a graduate degree.

Schedule

This is a part-time, approximately 15 hours per week, temporary position.
