Assistant Food & Beverage Director

• Assists in overseeing the daily operations of the food and beverage department to ensure smooth service.
• Supports the F&B Director in managing restaurant, bar, and banquet operations.
• Supervises and trains staff, ensuring high levels of performance and customer service.
• Monitors food and beverage inventory, orders supplies, and controls costs.
• Ensures compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Assists in developing and implementing strategies to improve service and sales.
• Handles customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Works closely with kitchen and service teams to maintain quality and efficiency.
• Prepares reports on sales, inventory, and staff performance for senior management.
• Supports marketing and promotional activities for F&B offerings.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field.
• Previous experience in a supervisory or management role in food and beverage operations.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and industry best practices.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
