Assistant Brand Manager Pringles

This is your opportunity to join Kellanova as an Assistant Brand Manager with Pringles Consumer & Shopper Experience, where you’ll support the development and execution of exciting marketing initiatives across Europe. This is a 12-month contract role based in our EUHQ in Dublin.

 

 

A Taste of What You’ll be Doing

 

• Support: Guide Full-Funnel Shopper Experiences: Bringing the Pringles Masterplan to life from media to instore, ensuring our shopper experiences are engaging, insight-led, and aligned with brand strategy
• Activate Key Campaigns: Support the development and execution of shopper experiences for initiatives like Summer and Music, working closely with cross-functional teams and agency partners.
• Toolbox Development: Collaborate with local marketing activation teams to create and deliver toolkits to enable markets to activate the Pringles Masterplan with excellence.
• Lead Internal Approvals: Manage the internal approval process for consumer & shopper initiatives and experiences, ensuring alignment and timely execution.
• Brand Performance Support: Assist in analysing portfolio performance across markets. Work with market partners and business analysts to understand performance drivers and identify opportunities.
• Collaborate & Communicate: Work with the end-to-end team to ensure alignment with brand and portfolio strategy. Help facilitate market engagement through brand connect and booth sessions.

 

 

 We’re Looking For Someone With

 

• Experience in the FMCG industry, with marketing, brand, or shopper roles ideally in a cross-functional or international team.
• Proven marketing experience in developing campaigns and analysing data and brand performance. You’re eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced, creative environment.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with a can-do attitude. You’re a team player who works well with others to get things done.
• Curiosity and drive. You ask questions, bring new ideas to the team and are excited to take on new challenges.You’re comfortable managing multiple tasks, staying organised, and adapting quickly to change.
