We are seeking for Demi Chef De Partie(m/w/d)🍋🍋, with immediate availability, preferably with a strong background in hospitality, gastronomy and customer service.

Your Mission :

• Stock and inventory management, and understanding of food cost
• Basic knowledge of the group's artistic direction
  
• Quality control and supervision of mise en place, knowledge of hygiene and safety regulations
• Management of the pass and service
• Knowledge of advanced cooking techniques, recipe reproduction, and knowledge of fresh pasta
• Training of junior staff, onboarding, and team motivation
