SALARY: $145,000

PRIMARY PURPOSE:

The Director, Program Manager for Oracle SAAS Support is responsible for leading the planning, coordination, and execution of initiatives that support the optimization and evolution of Oracle-based ERP systems. This role ensures alignment between operational needs and IT capabilities, driving improvements in service delivery, user experience, and system performance. 

Working closely with leadership, IT teams, and cross-functional stakeholders, the Director will manage a portfolio of projects that enhance Oracle ERP functionality, compliance, and integration with enterprise systems. The role requires strong program management skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to translate strategic goals into actionable plans within an agile framework. 

The Director oversees multiple project teams and vendors, ensuring timely delivery, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement. This position plays a key role in shaping the future of ERP technology at the institution, fostering innovation while maintaining operational excellence.

  1. Strategic Leadership:
    Align program portfolios with organizational goals and stakeholder needs.
    Collaborate with senior stakeholders to define long-term goals and vision.
    Identify opportunities for strategic alignment and portfolio optimization.
    Advise leadership on program alignment and operational maturity.
    Facilitate structured intake processes to enhance initiative pipelines.
  2. Program Management:
    Lead execution of ERP support programs using Agile principles.
    Develop and implement scalable processes and best practices.
    Monitor program performance and drive continuous improvement through metrics and feedback.
