About your future role
You will play an important part in developing business strategies and ensuring proper commercial steering to secure that our strategic targets are reached
The Commercial Managers are important engines in the development of Nets’ operation in Sweden. The role is highly varied, and areas of responsibility include both analytical work and hands-on management of / involvement in various strategic and tactical projects together with colleagues across the Swedish organization and with other parts of Nexi's European organization.
There will be extensive collaboration with the sales organizations, the product- and proposition teams and the marketing functions. Furthermore, there will also be a high degree of interaction with senior management and other parts of Nets' and Nexi’s commercial organization.
To ensure that plans and decisions are well-founded, you will do various analyses of the performance of Nets’ Swedish merchant portfolio. As all conclusions and proposals need to be presented to and aligned with colleagues and senior management, a certain amount of presentation work can be expected.
Your key responsibilities in this role will be:
Continuous work on developing Nets’ Swedish business strategies for our various business areas
Ongoing monitoring and reporting on progress toward agreed business targets by defining and tracking relevant KPIs
Collaboration with product- and proposition teams to ensure proper commercialization of innovation in the Swedish market
Strategic and financial analysis, with subsequent verbal and / or written presentations of conclusions and proposals to colleagues and senior management
Hands-on management of strategic and tactical projects with a primary focus on the Swedish market
Effective participation in various individual transformation initiatives across Nexi’s European operations

Qualifications needed to be successful in this role:
- An academic degree within e.g. business, marketing, strategy or finance
Very good presentation- and visualization skills
Fluency in English and one Scandinavian language
