JOB SUMMARY:
This position performs as a team lead for the Customer Service Process and is an excellent fit for self-motivated critical thinkers. If you enjoy working with others to improve operational processes and problem solving, this may be the position for you. Your duties would include:
- Coordinating with multiple processes planning, organizing, and directing activities relating to the implementation and operation of the business process
- Preparing reports, presentations, issues, or options papers and gathering supporting documentation
- Identifying specific goals, objectives, and tasks targeting customer experience improvements
- Providing technical assistance, participating in project planning and the implementation of strategic initiatives
- Facilitate and lead meetings
- Work with others to solve problems and make decisions
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Currently employed with the Florida Department of Revenue.
- Two years of experience communicating verbally and in writing with internal and external partners.
- Two years of experience facilitating meetings and work groups.
- Two years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite to include Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and WORD.*
- Two years’ experience leading teams, coordinating projects with deadlines.
SUBSTITUTIONS:
- Education or training using MS Office Suite can substitute for the required experience.
