2nd Shift - General Service/Forklift Driver-CCPC

RESPONSIBILITES:

1. Must be able to pack on any line and operate all Equipment on Pack Floor

2. Must be able to weigh, calibrate, record HACCP, and Label Verification accurately

3. Must be willing and able to learn all positions within the packaging department

4. Must keep rework labeled at all times and Area Clean, and assist with rework

5. Must be able to complete all work assigned by supervisor.

6. Must be able to identify allergens, record lot numbers on formula sheets

7. Must be forklift qualified or be willing and able to obtain certification within 3months

8. Must be able to set up equipment properly if needed.

9. Must be able to perform all reasonable work assignments directed by the Supervisor

10. Test all in-process samples, temp checks where needed, conduct flavor, color, pH where needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be able to work in all departments in Plant 1 or Plant 2
• Must be able to operator 3 different jobs in plant 1 or plant 2
• Able to work in a team environment 
• Able to Communicate with co-workers and Supervisor
• Work independently 
• Ability to lift between 25 and 50lbs periodically throughout the shift

MUST HAVE GOOD ATTENDANCE AND PERFORMANCE RECORD
