The position will report to the Financial Planning &amp; Analysis Senior Manager of the Finance &amp; Accounting Department, based in Thessaloniki. </p><p></p><p><strong>Main Responsibilities: </strong></p><ul> <li>Support and maintain reporting and databases of the FP&amp;A Department.</li> <li>Participate in the PMO for FP&amp;A projects.</li> <li>Support the annual budgeting and forecasting process based on historical data, market trends, and business strategies.</li> <li>Assist with reporting preparation for variances between budgeted, forecasted, and actual financial results.</li> <li>Assist with reporting preparation for the profitability of products, services, or business segments.</li> <li>Support the development of long-term strategic plans and financial goals.</li> <li>Support the capital expenditure approval process, including preparation and review of capital proposals.</li> <li>Oversee the setup and integration of finance planning processes and support the establishment of management reporting.</li> <li>Support the month-end closure cost cycles (SAP) in cooperation with the Financial Reporting Manager.</li> </ul><p></p><p><strong>Requirements: </strong></p><ul> <li>University degree, preferably in Accounting or Finance.</li> <li>MSc in a related subject is an added value for the role.</li> <li>Experience in corporate reporting.</li> <li>1-3 years of experience in a similar role.</li> <li>Strong written and verbal communication skills.</li> <li>Excellent team player.</li> <li>Advanced knowledge of SAP (FICO).</li> <li>Excellent knowledge of the English language.</li> <li>Advanced knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel &amp; PowerPoint) and ERP programs.</li> <li>Good knowledge of process and BI software.</li> <li>Adaptability and flexibility.</li> <li>Results orientation and attention to detail.</li> <li>Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.</li> <li>Innovative and creative thinking.</li> <li>Confidentiality, honesty, loyalty, responsibility, initiative, proactiveness, and time management skills.</li> </ul><p></p><p>Our company offers a competitive remuneration package that includes an attractive combination of salary and benefits, as well as opportunities for development in a challenging work environment. </p><p><strong>Inclusion and Diversity </strong></p><p>Hellas Gold is an equal opportunities employer.
