Appointment Setter - Fitness and Wellness (ZR_18125_JOB)

This is a remote position.

• Contract type: Independent Contractor
  
• Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday either the shift would start from 11 AM or 5 PM onwards (4 hour shift everyday or 20 hours per week).
  
• Handle 20-40 new leads per week across two gym locations
  
• Aim to book 30 trial sessions per month
  
• Work either part-time (20 hours per week)
  
• Potential for performance-based commission structure
  

• Manage and follow up with leads generated from various marketing campaigns
  

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and handle incoming inquiries
  

• Encourage leads to download the gym’s app and book trial sessions
  

• Send follow-up text messages to leads who don’t answer calls
  

• Maintain accurate records of all communications in the CRM system
  

• Achieve weekly and monthly targets for booked appointments
  

• Provide basic information about the gym’s services and answer initial questions
  

• Coordinate with the gym staff to ensure a smooth handover of booked clients
  

Requirements

• Previous experience in appointment setting, sales, or customer service, preferably in the fitness industry
  

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  

• Ability to build rapport quickly over the phone
  

• Proficiency in using CRM systems and appointment scheduling software
  

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a high volume of leads
  

• Resilience and persistence in following up with leads
  

• Basic understanding of fitness and wellness concepts
  

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
