Minimum Qualifications:

High School Diploma and 2 years of professional experience in an administrative support position with a responsibility for handling customer service; or

an associate’s degree from an accredited college or university and one year of customer service and administrative experience.

Expertise in Microsoft including Word, Excel and Outlook.

Ability to work independently as well as in groups to achieve program and agency goals.

 

Preferred Qualifications: 

Preference may be given to candidates with the following qualifications:
One or more years of working in the field of customer service and outreach

One or more years of experience working with the State of Florida’s Purchasing System (MFMP, Pcard Works)

Experience working with the fishing community

Excellent oral and written communications
