Lead Enterprise Risk Management Specialist

In this role you will support the Head of Enterprise Risk Management in executing key priorities for the year, including risk assessment, mitigation strategies, and compliance with regulatory requirements. In addition, the role supports the development and execution of the global crisis management framework/incident response.

        Should you be interested in overseeing these tasks and aiming for enhanced performance standards, your role will involve: 

• Support the Head of Enterprise Risk Management in conducting functional and divisional risk workshops and preparing audit committee/ EMT reports 
• Assist in developing and implementing risk mitigation strategies 
• Support compliance work with regulatory requirements and internal policies 
• Collaborate with various departments to promote a risk-aware culture 
• Contribute in risk framework development activities 
• Support the Operational resilience agenda for ERM by enhancing the BCM and Crisis management framework for the group
• Assist in organizing risk management training and awareness program

    and if you have/are:

• Masters education preferred
• Fluent in English
• 5+ years risk management and operational resilience experience
• Relevant certifications in risk management (e.g., CRISC, FRM) are a plus
• Knowledge of risk management frameworks and methodologies
