As a Material Handler, Service Parts, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient handling of service parts within our organization. You will be responsible for managing the movement of parts, conducting receiving and shipping activities, and maintaining accurate inventory records. With your exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, you will contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional outcomes to our clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage the receiving and inspection of service parts, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate the storage and retrieval of service parts, utilizing standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.
• Ensure timely and accurate shipping of service parts to internal and external customers.
• Conduct regular inventory audits to maintain data accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support demand planning and ensure adequate stock levels.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to service parts, such as damaged or missing items.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, adhering to safety protocols and best practices.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a Material Handler or similar role.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts or pallet jacks.
• Knowledge of inventory management systems and processes.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
