Description
As a National Business Development Manager you will be responsible for the strategic growth of the full Zenith UK portfolio through business development via a customer route to market.Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads on National Key Accounts (NKA), along with Strategic Regional Accounts through own channels, contacts, trade fairs, meetings etc.
- Target and win qualified opportunities with new customers
- Use and track opportunities via Sales Force CRM
- Create new business funnel for defined key customers/segments and maintain in CRM
- Coordinate acquisition activities with Commercial leader / preparation of offers either solely or with admin/support staff
- Establish a customer relationship and maintain contact with decision-makers and employees
- Ensure collaboration and implementation of measures in their sector to offer solutions
- Work in collaboration with the TSM, Internal Service Teams and sales support, to ensure that the onboarding of new Business wins is delivered to the highest standard.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Previous experience in Business Development,
- B2B and Large Corporate Accounts.
- Experience of cleaning and hygiene industry and/or industry sectors served by Zenith Hygiene Services highly desirable but not essential
- Essential - Full UK Driving License
- Numerical and IT literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Salesforce or similar CRM systems
- Analytical skills (using financial reports available)
- Ability to influence and motivate others
- Strong Negotiation skills; persuasive
- Strong Commercial acumen
- Effective and demonstrable networking skills / Builds effective relationships
- Understand market trends and Value proposition for relevant sector
- Organisation, planning and forecasting
