Compensation: $18.00-$24.00hr

 

What You’ll Do:

• Sort, code, review and verify vendor invoices 
• Enter a high volume of invoices accurately into our accounts payable systems  
• Code payable invoices with proper expense accounts according to the chart of accounts 
• Identify exceptions when processing invoices (e.g. statements) 
• Reconcile vendor statements 
• Issue AP checks 
• Verify and issue 1099 statements at year end 
• Maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers and vendors 
• Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues

What You Bring:

• 1-3 years of accounts payable experience  
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites (e.g., Excel) 
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task, handle frequent interruptions, and shifting priorities 
• Strong attention to detail 
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
