This role will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns and projects across our fast-paced marketing team. You’ll manage timelines, remove roadblocks, and ensure deliverables are met on time and within scope—while enabling your teammates to do their best work. You will also help us manage our day-to-day operations by organizing the team in Asana, creating systems of organization, capturing and tracking our goals, and building a calendar for the marketing team. Your ability to bring structure to creative chaos will have a direct impact on the success of our launches and brand initiatives.
You’ll report into the Content Marketing Manager on the Brand Team and collaborate closely with stakeholders from brand, demand generation, product marketing, customer marketing, and more. Why does this role sit within brand? This is the most cross-functional area of our marketing team and it is involved in every initiative, every campaign, every goal.
Your goal will be to increase team efficiency and the speed of project delivery. You will be measured on campaign performance, speed to launch, creative team NPS, and our overall marketing goals. Here’s how you’ll accomplish this:
- Create and maintain detailed Asana projects and project briefs for campaigns, events, and marketing initiatives, ensuring timelines, roles, and responsibilities are clearly defined
- Work with Marketing leadership to prioritize projects, align on deliverables, and allocate resources effectively
- Track project performance using appropriate tools, adjusting plans and communications to keep everything running smoothly
- Facilitate kickoffs, stand-ups, and retros to keep teams aligned and continuously improving
- Identify and proactively mitigate risks or blockers that could impact delivery
- Document workflows and improve repeatable processes to scale execution across teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including Product Marketing, Content, Design, and Lifecycle Marketing, customer marketing, demand gen, and more, to ensure goals are met
- Communicate progress, outcomes, and performance metrics to relevant stakeholders and adjust as needed. This includes managing review cycles with our leadership team.
The person we have in mind likely:
- Has 3–5 years of experience in project management, marketing operations, or campaign coordination in a B2B SaaS or digital marketing environment
- Demonstrates a history of accountability for multi-channel marketing campaigns and cross-functional projects
- Is comfortable navigating both the creative and functional sides of marketing
- Has experience communicating with stakeholders across levels — from designers to execs — and knows how to use feedback to continuously improve
- Loves to learn and grow. They’ve found (and keep looking for) ways to level up their skills in this field, whether that’s through formal education, gaining professional experience, or maybe even building their own business
These things would also be nice, but we think you could learn them on the job:
- Experience with Asana or a similar project management tools
- Familiarity with common marketing platforms (HubSpot, Google Suite)
- Understanding of OKR or V2MOM goal setting systems
- Interest in people-first project leadership and optimizing team collaboration
