Georgia-Pacific is seeking a Customer Account Coordinator for our EarthKraft mailers division of GP Packaging.

This position acts as a primary liaison between our customers and our internal and external partners, production operations, logistics, supply chain, and warehouses. Our top priority is to ensure that our customers’ needs are met with the highest level of quality and service.

The ideal candidate for this position is highly organized, self-disciplined and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with short lead times. A successful candidate must have strong computer skills, written and verbal communication skills, and excellent attention to detail.

Our Team

The Mailers division is our newest division of GP Packaging. Over the last 3 years, we have grown our team and business successfully delivering 3 billion mailers in total! Our team is remote, but very collaborative within this environment. The ideal candidate must bring a positive attitude and entrepreneurial drive each day, working within a dynamic team with a high level of integrity.

Schedule/Location:

This is a remote position that will require up to 10% travel.

We are ideally looking for someone on the West Coast as this position will be supporting our West Coast facilities and warehouses. The schedule is typically 8am to 5pm (in Pacific Time) on Monday to Friday with flexibility for overtime & rotating weekend coverage.

What You Will Do

• Customer focused to deliver above average results and exceed client expectations in an OTIF environment.
• Daily order entry in ERP systems and logistics portal. This responsibility includes order validation for accuracy in pricing, quantity, and customer delivery expectations.
• Consistently meeting strict deadlines for order processing, scheduling, and delivery to our warehouse teams.
• Continuously prioritizing tasks and react or adapt quickly to challenges and opportunities.
• Professionally interact with customers and sales reps by phone and by email to receive orders and manage product / spec changes.
