Jump in and join the ride!</span></span></p> <h2><b>About the role</b></h2> <p> </p> <p><span><span>As a Senior Recruiter for our Kosice plant, you will be based in Kosice and represent Volvo Cars and be our face outwards. You will have full life cycle recruitment accountability, and you will act as an a partner with Hiring Managers to support current and future needs and ensure a full understanding of their recruitment needs. Furthermore, you will be responsible and drive our upcoming RPO (recruitment process outsourcing) for the Kosice plant. </span></span></p> <p><br/> <span><span>Moreover, you will work close to our Human resources organization and partner up will many different stakeholders both within and outside Volvo Cars. You will build and maintain a pool of key talents and engage with them continuously to secure candidate involvement and a strong pipeline for upcoming recruitments.</span></span></p> <h2><b>What you'll do</b></h2> <p> </p> <p><span><span>Your responsibilities will include end to end ownership of the recruitment process, starting from attracting the right talent by engaging into sourcing, searching and connecting with people around the world to taking the hiring manager and candidates through the evaluation process and hiring them. Also, you will ensure that we hire top talent whose values are in line with our culture and core values by ensuring quality screening and evaluation of the candidates.</span></span></p> <p><span><span>To be successful in this role you have a university degree and several years of experience in end-to-end recruitment. Most probably you have worked as an in-house recruiter in a global company. </span></span><br/> <span><span>It’s a merit if you have you have worked on recruitment roles within the automotive industry. You need to have local knowledge when it comes to where to find talents since you will work close to universities and employment agencies. <br/> It is essential that you are fluent both in English and Slovak, verbal and written.</span></span></p> <p><br/> <span><span><b>About you</b></span></span></p> <p><br/> <span><span>Experience is important, but personality is key! <br/> We are looking for someone who is passionate and engaged, who wants to take an active part in developing our ways of working and who wants to exceed expectations in delivery. Since we work with many different stakeholders internationally while sometimes having tight deadlines, you need to have high integrity, strong communication, excellent stakeholder management and cooperation skills.
