Handyman/Maintenance - Service/Commercial (HVAC/Plumbing/Electrical)

Description

Mako Industries is looking for an enthusiastic, personable handyman/maintenance technician with plumbing, electrical and carpentry skills.  

Must have at least 3-5 years of experience in commercial building maintenance and repairs.

We perform service/repair work for commercial clients.

Job Details:

• Experienced in commercial building upkeep and repair.
• Experience with ball bearings, outlets, electrical sockets, panel fans, etc.
• HVAC maintenance and repairs.
• Plumbing maintenance and repairs. 
• Grounds work experience.
• Computerized data entry and record-keeping aptitude.
• State and local building codes and regulations knowledge and compliance.
• Flexible - for some jobs require to be performed after business hours. 
• Emergency Calls and After Hours.
• Mechanically Inclined.
• Trainable for there is room for advancement

Requirements

•  Valid Driver License 
• Commercial Building Experience - HVAC/Plumbing and Electrical
• 3-5 years' experience
• Clean Criminal Background
• On call schedule - flexibility
