Campus Cleaning Team Leader / Supervisor

Our main goal is to ensure the cleanliness of the campus and build a strong and reliable team. This new setup will be fully operational by October 2023, and it involves various responsibilities, including meeting deadlines, recruiting, and managing office equipment and kitchen facilities.

Job Description

Your primary role will be to lead the campus cleaning team and oversee the maintenance of the facilities. You'll need to have a broad perspective, identifying and solving issues before they impact our employees. Your main focus will be on maintaining the campus in a high-quality and presentable condition, which includes cleaning the premises, equipment, infrastructure, walls, floors, and more. 

You will also: 

• Work closely with the activity manager to achieve our goals 
• Enhance the cleaning team's capabilities, and ensure high-quality cleaning services across all areas of the Wix campus 
• Manage and lead the cleaning team in their day-to-day activities 
• Recruit skilled team members, implementing an organized work plan, and ensuring its execution
• Work to continuously improve the employee experience and address any issues that may arise

Qualifications

• You’re comfortable multitasking and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced work environment 
• You have a deep knowledge of maintenance and cleaning operations
• You’re proficient in Russian, Hebrew, English and have good communication skills
• You have decent computer skills, including budgeting and office software
• You have great interpersonal skills, you’re energetic, and capable of managing a team
• You have a strong customer service orientation, a positive attitude and a professional appearance
• You’re a quick learner with creative problem-solving skills 
• You’re a patient  team player, who leads by example, and you’re skilled at building strong working relationships
