Senior Quality Analyst

The Senior Quality Analyst will be accountable for performing manual and automated testing of applications supporting business objectives while demonstrating independence in project analysis.

• Lead test case development for websites, web applications, and infrastructure projects.
• Conduct manual and automated testing to ensure high-quality application performance.
• Collaborate with business analysts and product owners to assess application readiness for migration.
• Mentor junior testers and provide technical guidance to team members.
• Monitor program performance to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Contribute to test planning, effort estimation, and definition of acceptance criteria.
• Create detailed test plans, scenarios, scripts, and procedures.
• Offer usability and functionality feedback to developers.
• Strategically plan and execute testing approaches aligned with project goals.

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
• Familiar with development concepts and formats such as Sql, Xml, Json and scripting languages.
• Strong experience in software development area
• Experience in test automation using Selenium WebDriver with Java or C#; RESTful APIs and performance testing with tools like Apache JMeter
• Experience in cloud environment
• Proficient in Java, C#, and .NET; experience with non-GUI testing (SQL, XML, flat files)
• Strong communication skills with ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies
• Familiar with Agile/Scrum methodologies, CI environments, and tools such as Jira, Confluence, Zephyr
