We are currently seeking a Marketing and Sales Coordinator to support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and assist with client acquisition and retention strategies. This role will help bridge the gap between our marketing and sales departments, ensuring consistent communication and alignment of goals.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the coordination and implementation of marketing initiatives and sales strategies

• Track and report campaign results, analyzing trends and customer feedback

• Collaborate with internal teams to support brand development and client engagement

• Organize sales materials, presentations, and proposals for clients and prospects

• Participate in trade shows, events, and industry networking opportunities

• Maintain accurate customer records and assist in lead management

• Prepare and deliver regular reports on sales and marketing performance

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred

• 1-2 years of experience in marketing, sales, or a related field

• Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills

• Comfortable with both client-facing and internal collaboration tasks
