About the Service Advisor Boot Camp:

This is a 4-month on-the-job, paid training program designed to transform you into a successful Service Advisor. You'll receive comprehensive training in customer service, dealership operations, and automotive service processes. At the end of the 4 months, you'll graduate the Boot Camp and become an official Service Advisor on our commission pay plan, earning $48,000 - $102,000+ annually.

What You'll Learn During Boot Camp:

During your 4-month paid training, you'll learn to:

• Greet customers, guide them through their service experience, follow up on their needs, and communicate with our skilled technicians.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and text in a friendly and helpful manner.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude when communicating with customers.
• Collaborate with other team members, including technicians and sales teams, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Master dealership management systems and automotive service processes.

What We're Looking For:

• 1+ years of experience in customer service, preferably (automotive experience a plus but not required).
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
• Ability to manage multiple customer inquiries simultaneously while maintaining a high level of service.
• A willingness to learn and grow.
• Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping customers.
• Detail-oriented and comfortable with technology.
