The ideal candidate will be motivated and proactive with a strong technical<br>background, leadership, and communication skills; and a track record of delivering<br>high-quality software.<br>&nbsp;<br><strong>RESPONISBILITIES</strong></p> <ul> <li>Support the development and execution of the enterprise architecture strategy,<br>roadmaps, and governance frameworks aligned with the retail business goals</li> <li>Conduct research, analyze, design, and deliver enterprise architectures<br>tailored for the retail industry, encompassing infrastructure, resiliency,<br>security, governance, automation, and integration</li> <li>Evaluate new technologies and determine their applicability in delivering SaaS<br>for digital retail operations</li> <li>Provide architectural guidance and collaboration across stakeholder<br>organizations to ensure solutions meet fashion retail industry requirements</li> <li>Lead cloud readiness assessments, application modernization initiatives, and<br>cost-benefit analyses for retail systems</li> <li>Design deployment architectures for enterprise services, user experience and<br>systems/applications operational excellence to achieve optimal performance,<br>fault tolerance, redundancy, and scalability in retail environments</li> <li>Oversee the integration of omnichannel delivery methods and mobility<br>experiences for seamless retail customer experiences</li> <li>Work with implementation teams to successfully take concepts to delivery</li> <li>Collaborate and contribute towards a culture of innovation, excellence, pushing<br>for adoption of good engineering practices, managing waste and technical debt<br>
