Pipeline Operations Manager, El Dorado, AR

Delek US Holdings, Inc. is a diversified downstream energy company with assets in petroleum refining, logistics, renewable fuels and convenience store retailing.  The refining assets consist of refineries operated in Tyler and Big Spring, Texas, El Dorado, Arkansas and Krotz Springs, Louisiana with a combined nameplate crude throughput capacity of 302,000 barrels per day.

 

The logistics operations primarily consist of Delek Logistics Partners, LP.  Delek US Holdings, Inc.and its affiliates own approximately 63% (including the 2 percent general partner interest) of Delek Logistics Partners, LP.  Delek Logistics Partners, LP (NYSE:DKL) is a growth-oriented master limited partnership focused on owning and operating midstream energy infrastructure assets.

 

The convenience store retail business is the largest 7-Eleven licensee in the United States and operates approximately 300 convenience stores in central and west Texas and New Mexico.

Pipeline Operations Manager

Job Summary:

The Pipeline Operations Manager will be responsible for the management and implementation of company policy and procedures.  The Operations Manager is responsible for providing guidance to field staff in day-to-day operations activities. The Operations Manager is to be knowledgeable of asset capabilities and valve alignments.  The Operations Manager is responsible for the Damage Prevention Program as well as Aerial Patrol Program per company policies. The Operations Manager is responsible for compliance with all aspects of Measurement per company policies. The Operations Manager is responsible for all Operator Qualifications Compliance per company policies.

 

 Essential Duties & Job Responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate opportunities to optimize asset capabilities
• Ensure Measurement Compliance
• Provide support to Delek Logistics Regulatory Compliance during Audits
• Report KPI’s to Delek Leadership Team
• Provide support to Project Teams
• Provide Direct oversight of a team of field staff
• Conduct Annual training to align with company policies and regulatory agencies
• Work closely with the control center, and maintenance teams
• Maintain Operator Compliance through company OQ Program
• Maintain Damage Prevention Program as well as Aerial Patrol Compliance
• Maintain Maintenance of all valve line procedures
• Compliance of Environmental Health and Safety procedures, inspections, and reporting
• Perform other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications – Education, Skills & Experience:

• High School Diploma
• 5 years of Pipeline Operations Experience
• Operations Compliance
• Damage Prevention Experience

 

Desired/Preferred Education

• 10 years of Pipeline Operations Experience
• Measurement Experience
• Current Knowledge of DKL Assets

 

Workspace

• Must be willing and able to work in a corporate office and field environment.
• Must be willing and able to work in the outside in the field environment, in all types of climatic conditions
