State Street Alpha Data Service (ADS) is the data-as-a-service provider that is the backbone of the Alpha front to back strategy. Combining both technology and service provision to deliver significant data management value to our clients. We are looking for a candidate to join our Alpha Data Services team as a Market Data Governance and Change Management Analyst.

Your new role

As part of the Alpha Data Services team a Alpha Data Service Market Data Governance and Change Management Senior Expert, Assistant Vice President will:

  • Maintain governance processes and controls in relation to permitted market data use cases in all State Street AlphaSM solutions.

  • Collaborate across all State Street AlphaSM teams including solution design, implementation and business teams to ensure any and all risks relating to market data contract grants are mitigated.

  • Manage third party risk workflow and oversee procurement engagements in support of market data for State Street AlphaSM client implementations.

  • Implement controls and manage mandatory and discretionary market data changes from vendors, clients and business teams across all State Street AlphaSM clients.

  • Collate and submit any necessary reporting to 3rd parties market data vendors.

Education & Preferred Qualifications:

  • University degree in the field of Finance, Business, Economics or equivalent

  • Extensive and recent experience in reviewing market data vendor contracts and comprehension of their relationship with business operations.

  • Leading meetings gathering multiple divisions (Implementation, Middle Office, Data Operations, etc.)

  • Process workflow analysis leading to change implementation affecting different team across organization.

  • Excellent communication and English language skills
