<h3><span><b>Job Title:</b></span></h3><p><span>IT Asset Management Senior Specialist</span></p><h3><span><b>Role Purpose:</b></span></h3><p><span>The IT Asset Management Senior Specialist is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining processes that ensure effective management of hardware and software assets across the organisation. This role will lead critical initiatives to mature the Asset Management service, ensuring compliance, data accuracy, and continual improvement while providing clear insights and reporting to partners.</span></p><h3><span><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></span></h3><ul><li><span><b>Process Development &amp; Implementation:</b></span><ul><li><span>Develop and implement processes for Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM).</span></li><li><span>Maintain and regularly review process, procedure, and work instruction documentation.</span></li></ul></li><li><span><b>Analysis &amp; Reporting:</b></span><ul><li><span>Conduct analysis and prepare reports on asset management performance and compliance.</span></li><li><span>Supervise and report on critical metrics, providing variance analysis and initiating corrective actions.</span></li></ul></li><li><span><b>Data Integrity &amp; Compliance:</b></span><ul><li><span>Perform verification and audit activities to ensure CMDB/AMDB data changes are authorised and accurate.</span></li><li><span>Drive data quality improvements, including CI de-duplication and compliance validation.</span></li></ul></li><li><span><b>Asset Lifecycle Management:</b></span><ul><li><span>Maintain records of asset status, versions, location, and relationships throughout the lifecycle.</span></li></ul></li><li><span><b>Partner Communication:</b></span><ul><li><span>Provide ongoing information to leadership, customers, and peers regarding the health of the environment, improvements, innovations, and initiatives.</span></li></ul></li><li><span><b>Continuous Improvement:</b></span><ul><li><span>Support Continual Service Improvement (CSI) initiatives to improve asset management processes and tools.</span></li></ul></li></ul><h3><span><b>Skills &amp; Qualifications:</b></span></h3><ul><li><span>Solid grasp of Hardware Asset Management principles.</span></li><li><span>Experience with CMDB/AMDB systems and data governance.</span></li><li><span>Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and deliver actionable insights.</span></li><li><span>Superb communication and partner leadership skills.</span></li><li><span>Leadership experience with the ability to mentor and guide teams.</span></li><li><span>Familiarity with ITIL practices and Continual Service Improvement methodologies.</span></li></ul><h3><span><b>Metrics for Success:</b></span></h3><ul><li><span>Accuracy and completeness of asset data in CMDB/AMDB.</span></li><li><span>Compliance with asset management policies and standards.</span></li><li><span>Timely delivery of reports and analysis.</span></li><li><span>Successful implementation of CSI initiatives and process improvements.</span></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Career Stage:</b></p>Senior Associate<p></p><p><b>London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) Information:</b></p><p>Join us and be part of a team that values innovation, quality, and continuous improvement.
