JOB SUMMARY/OVERVIEW
We are seeking a seasoned and influential senior product manager who will lead and create solutions for internal stakeholders by partnering closely with the stakeholder, design team, engineering and other product teams. Will work with a broad set of business partners that include Sales, Strategy, CSO, Finance to help deliver solutions that results in increasing revenue & customer retention and reducing cost to serve our customers

ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
•    Responsible for working closely with Customer Services Operations (CSO) organization to deliver solutions to better serve customers and increase customer retention.
•    Be the voice of the customer, providing customer and business value perspective during day-to-day conversations with stakeholders and engineering teams, and pushing stakeholders to dream bigger
•    Responsible for creating, maintaining and implementing a roadmap to deliver solutions for the CSO organization.
•    Engage with a cross functional network of stakeholders to ensure alignment, understand needs, and manage trade off decisions
•    Work with your product team to define and drive product strategy, identifying key outcomes and success metrics
•    Collaborate with the team to discover problems and create valuable, desirable and feasible solutions
•    Ensure clear and concise documentation of planned features as epics and user stories
•    Prioritize a backlog for your product that continuously delivers measurable value towards the vision in an agile environment
•    Utilize data analytics, research, product reviews, user feedback and product testing to ensure consistency and quality across all end user features
•    Collaborate closely with product teams to ensure operational team processes are factored into new product development plans and to integrate solutions to identify user experience issues in upcoming versions.
•    Completes ad-hoc assignments to assist in the development of the roadmap, market, competitive and customer analysis.


JOB REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Education: 
•    BA/BS in Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience; MBA preferred

Training Requirements (licenses, programs, or certificates): 
•    Pragmatic Marketing Product Management certification desired 
•    Silicon Valley Product Group (SVPG) coursework a plus

Experience: 
•    5-8 years of experience in product roles such as Senior Product Manager, Product Manager, Solution Architect, Business Architect, Technical/Process Consultant, Business Analyst 
•    An ability to align on long-term business strategies while driving impact on short-term product goals
•    Prior experience developing an understanding of customer needs with a track record of solving their problems
•    Demonstrated technical proficiency and effectiveness working closely with engineers
•    Domain experience in more than one area listed – Sales, Customer Success, Knowledge & Enablement, HR, Payroll, Benefits & Legal
•    Track record of delivering enterprise B2B Products, and growing to market leadership
Other Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: 
•    Agile development methodologies like Scrum experience. 
•    Demonstrate a Customer Services/Customer First mind-set.
