Job Description

We are currently looking for a Vice President, Network Integration to join our team! This position will report directly to our Chief Operations Support & Innovation.

You will play a critical role in revolutionizing the organization's telecommunications operations and network management systems. In this position, you will be a visionary and results-driven professional who can oversee and develop an efficient enterprise and wholesale system stack, and build robust network management solutions for backhaul and infrastructure networks. 

As a Vice President, Network Integration, your responsibilities will include:

Building Enterprise and Wholesale System Stack

• Develop a scalable and robust system stack that caters to both enterprise and wholesale customers' needs
• Collaborate with engineering and development teams to design, test, and implement new systems and applications
•  Ensure high availability, security, and performance of the system stack

Building Network Management for Backhaul and Infrastructure Networks

• Establish a network management framework to optimize the performance and reliability of backhaul and infrastructure networks
• Implement proactive monitoring tools, fault detection systems, and automated troubleshooting processes
• Work closely with network engineers to design and optimize network architecture

Strategic Planning and Execution

• Define long-term goals and objectives for the department in alignment with the company's overall vision and mission
• Formulate strategic plans to meet business needs and address industry trends and challenges
• Drive successful execution of projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget

Leadership and Team Management

• Provide strong leadership to the team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work culture
• Mentor and develop team members, encouraging professional growth and enhancing their skillsets
• Foster an environment of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing

Vendor Management

• Collaborate with vendors and third-party service providers to procure necessary technologies and services
• Negotiate contracts and service level agreements to ensure optimal value and quality

Qualifications

WHAT IT TAKES TO CATCH OUR EYE:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
• 10+ years proven experience in leading network transformation projects in the telecommunications industry
• Strong expertise in building and managing network management systems
• Demonstrated track record of successfully implementing large-scale projects
• In-depth knowledge of telecommunications technologies, network infrastructure, and backhaul systems
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Strategic thinker with a business-oriented approach to technology solutions

BONUS POINTS FOR:

• Telecommunications industry experience
• Master's degree in computer science, information technology or a related field
