You’re excited about this opportunity because…
- The majority of your day will be spent overseeing the performance our customer service team dedicated to Pharmacy services, and patient support
- You will establish requirements for reporting, and work cross functionally to implement and deliver those reports
- You will work collaboratively with leaders and team members to set training and quality assurance plans to ensure members are receiving their medication in a timely manner
- You will help to forecast staffing needs based on expected and observed program performance
- You will manage performance expectations with our front end patient support staff
- You will find creative ways to reduce friction and make our customer experience more seamless
- You will perform other duties as assigned.
- You will become an expert with our software solutions, including but not limited to Five9, Salesforce, and Pioneer
- Hours of Operation are Monday-Friday, 6am- 6pm PST
We’re excited about you because…
- 2+ years experience leading health care operations teams
- Knowledge of and ability to use and apply pharmacy terminology
- Ability to solve problems and identify solutions
- Ability to demonstrate customer service skills in interactions with all patients, families, and staff including in high volume and stressful situations
- Ability to work independently as well as an integral part of the customer service team
- Ability to follow instructions and standard operating procedures
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Preferred: Experience with pharmacy benefit related customer support
- Preferred: Experience with Telehealth
- Preferred: Experience with startups
