DC Allocations Clerk

Primary Purpose

 

This highly visible clerical role works under the supervision of the Inbound leaders. In this role the clerk allocates, print and prioritizes daily orders for the picking and packing teams. 

 

This DC Clerk will also 100% verify each kit to ensure customer compliance with customer regulations, (types in quantities of tags and stickers), generate pick tickets and labels with all shipping and packing instructions including all special handling instructions through systems reports, make adjustments to work orders while operating labeling equipment and perform clerical duties to assist with preparing the kits for FG and Packing Teams. 

 

            Requirements

• Excellent organizational skills.
• Must be able to count and record data accurately
• Computer and math literacy - Microsoft Office
• FMS/WMS and DMS experience preferred
• Must possess math and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must be flexible with working long hours and weekends
• Must be able to speak and write in English / Bilingual preferred
• Involves sampling, assessing, and verifying that price tags, stickers, and other identification labels meet the set quality standards set forth by customers and vendors.
• Respond quickly to priority requests according to workflow through prioritization and demand basis.
