Fellows are embedded within school communities and contribute meaningfully to students’ daily learning experiences.</p> <p>We are seeking <strong>dedicated and knowledgeable fellows</strong> who are passionate about educational equity and eager to make a measurable difference in students' academic achievement. Ideal candidates are skilled at building relationships, adapting to different learning styles, and engaging students in-person through thoughtful, culturally responsive instruction.</p> <p>Fellows typically work with 3-4 students per session in a supportive environment, helping to drive gains in core academic areas while fostering student confidence and connection.
