We’re Hiring: Automotive Service Manager

Prospect, KY | M–F, 8AM–5PM | No Weekends!
$68K–$83K + Monthly & Quarterly Incentives

Springdale Automotive, a trusted full-service auto-repair shop serving the Prospect community, is looking for a strong, values-driven Automotive Service Manager to lead our team and drive shop performance. This is more than a management role — it’s a leadership opportunity for someone who sets the tone, maintains high standards, and inspires a team to deliver exceptional service every day.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and manage all aspects of shop operations
• Sell repairs and services to help meet sales goals
• Coach, train, and develop team members
• Manage performance, resolve issues, and uphold shop standards
• Build lasting customer relationships based on trust

? What You Bring:

• 2+ years of automotive shop management experience
• 1+ year in a service advisor or sales role
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Experience managing P&L and performance metrics
• Valid driver’s license and clean MVR
