About the Team

Capital One’s Real Time Decisioning Platform & Consumer Services organization is seeking candidates who are hungry to be at the forefront of innovation to help refine how Capital One customizes experiences to serve  hundreds of millions of customers.
 

We are seeking Product Managers to work on MatchBox, a Capital One developed platform that drives consistent branding and servicing experiences across every customer touch-point. With MatchBox, we determine the who, what, when, where, and how for servicing a customer’s account based on business driven decisions, customer driven preferences, and insights from customer behavior. We are seeking candidates who are passionate about working with new and emerging technologies and understand how to scale those platforms for enterprise usage.
 

In this role, you will work with internal business customers, marketers, designers, architects, engineers, analysts, process, and operations leaders to realize the MatchBox product and data strategy. You will shape new data products and scale the delivery of critical reference data to hundreds of new unique clients powering cross-service customer experiences. We are seeking Product Managers who are motivated to apply their skills to develop elegant, modernized solutions that create great experiences for internal users and Capital One customers.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date: 
    • A Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field), Business or Marketing

 

OR

  • Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 3 years of Product Management experience 



 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.

McLean, VA: $164,800 - $188,100 for Manager, Product Management


 

New York, NY: $179,700 - $205,100 for Manager, Product Management
