Shift Availability for Registered Nurse Unit Manager position:
- Full-Time Mon-Fri, Dayshift
- Weekend and Holiday On call rotation responsibilities
- Specialized LTC and Dementia Unit
- $6,000 sign on BONUS

Responsibilities of Registered Nurse Unit Manager:
- Supervise nursing personnel and ensure respective job duties are followed.
- Responsible for the overall operation of assigned unit.
- Assist DON in planning and directing day-to-day functions of the unit.
- Monitor medication passes and treatment schedules.
- Participate in facility surveys and quality assurance program.
- Respond to all falls and changes in condition.
- Communicate with physicians and resident families.
- Provide direct nursing care as needed.

Requirements
Qualifications for RN Unit Manager:
- Current RN license in good standing required
- 2 years supervisory experience required
- Dementia care experience required
- Long-term care experience preferred
- Excellent customer service and leadership skills
- Strong computer skills
- Detail-oriented and ability to prioritize
