JOB DESCRIPTION:

This position assists with the daily activities of a clinical site and facilitates the flow of patients by providing clerical and clinical health care support to patients and family under the direction of a provider. The position requires mastery of basic clinical activities.

EDUCATION:

High school diploma or equivalent required. Vocational training in a relevant area preferred. CPR certification required within six months of hire.

EXPERIENCE:

Initial entry level trainee period mandatory (3-6 months) for candidate with no experience. Experience providing or assisting in direct patient care preferred.

This is a full-time, 36 hour position located at Appletree Bay Primary Care on North Avenue in Burlington.  There is on-site parking available.  Appletree Bay is a small Nurse Practitioner run group. This is a positive, supportive, and fast paced environment.

This is a bargaining union position.
