The impact you will have in this role:
As a Full Stack Developer, you'll be part of a collaborative Technology team that tackles innovative projects. You'll work across the entire technology stack, from front-end interfaces to back-end services within the Application Development Function (FinSight), delivering high-quality solutions that meet both user and business needs.
We are looking for a versatile Full Stack Developer with 1-3 years’ experience to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications.
Your Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain robust server-side logic and APIs using Node.js, Python, Java, or similar.
- Design and implement responsive, user-centric web interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue).
- Integrate front-end and back-end components to deliver seamless user experiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UX/UI designers, product managers, product owners and software developers’ engineers in tests.
- Documentation – develops and maintains system documentation to assist in modernization. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues across the stack.

Qualifications:
- Candidates must have 1-3 years’ work experience.
- Degree within: Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, MIS or Business & Technology Management or any other equivalent specialization or related technical field.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Candidates must be Proficient with the valuable skills programming languages listed below.
Valuable Skills to Have:
- Front-End Development: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Angular, or Vue.
- Back-End Development: Node.js, Express, Python (Django/Flask), Java (Spring)
- Database Management: SQL (Oracle, Aurora) and NoSQL (Redis).
- Cloud Platforms: AWS (preferred but not required), Azure, or GCP
- Container Platforms: Redhat OpenShift, Kubernetes or similar.
- Messaging Technologies: Apache Kafka, IBM MQ.
- Version Control: Git, GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket.
- DevOps & CI/CD: Docker, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar tools.
- Testing: Unit, integration, and end-to-end testing frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cucumber, Karate, Mockito, Jacacco).
- Soft Skills: Problem-solving, collaboration, adaptability, and communication.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
