Global Product Manager (m/f/d)

On-site in Bad Homburg, Schweinfurt or Shanghai – or remote location in Europe 

We are seeking a talented and experienced Product Manager to join our team. In this role, you will take end-to-end responsibility to drive the success of our industry-leading medical products. Your task 

• Lead the definition, development and delivery of your product portfolio along the product lifecycle as part of product development, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and involvement of global marketing functions 

• Lead cross-functional collaboration with development, marketing, production strategy and service 

• Responsibility for overall product success based on product P&L. Deriving, evaluating and planning activities for the product with focus on growth and profitability 

• Provide key input to the value stream strategy through expertise and analysis to align the strategy with business needs 

• Stay close to the markets: Lead specific projects to solve complex problems and support commercial teams in strategic target markets  

Your Profile: 

• Master's degree in business administration, medical technology or a similar field 

• Leadership experience in product management functions or similar

• Experience in leading international and cross-functional collaboration 

• Strong product management methodological knowledge

• Fluent English, both written and spoken. German language skills appreciated 

• Willingness to travel on business, also internationally
