PayPal, Inc. seeks Sr. Product Manager 2 – Technical in Austin, Texas

Job Duties: Define, own, and execute the product roadmap, aligning with business and organizational needs. Drive innovation, ideation, product requirements, deliverables planning, and execution. Solicit feedback and communicate vision, strategy, benefits, and results to internal customers. Prepare and present data driven business ideas and improvement opportunities for leadership approval and execute end to end from problem discovery to solutions aligned with top KPIs generating new revenue opportunities and margins. Provide support and direction to keep the engineering team aligned with product strategy and prioritize requirements as per company vision. Lead end-to-end product development from concept to launch, collaborating with various teams to deliver high-quality features. Partial telecommuting permitted from within a commutable distance.

Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Management Information Systems or a closely related field plus eight years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Employer will also accept a Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science or a closely related field plus ten years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.

 Special Skill Requirements:

1.              Fintech experience in Pricing, Billing, Internet applications, Payments, e-Commerce, or Online Banking. (5 years)

2.              Full stack application development experience, including front end, backend, and API development.

3.              Experience delivering innovative technology products from conception to launch. (5 years)

4.              Expertise in financial analysis and cost-cutting strategies, Systems thinking, analytics, experiment design, and data-driven decision making. (5 years)

5.              Develop and manage product roadmaps, aligning strategy with business goals, and leveraging business intelligence to define KPIs (5 years)

6.              Experience implementing prioritization frameworks (RICE, ICE, MoSCoW) and familiarity with systems thinking, analytics and experiment design, data-driven decision-making ability (5 years)

7.              Fintech domain Product ‘expert’ facilitating troubleshooting issues and answer product questions and constantly enabling identification and remediation of any revenue leakage opport
