We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Consultant to join our team and support the Naval Applications and Business Services (NABS) Program at PMW 250. As a Senior Consultant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of this strategic program and contribute to the advancement of our client's mission.

How Your Role Will Make an Impact:

  • Collaborate with the PMW 250 team to oversee and manage the Naval Applications and Business Services (NABS) Program's day-to-day operations, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.
  • Develop enterprise change management plans and strategic messaging for digital transformation initiatives to inform and engage Navy communities and senior leadership
  • Develop and review communications materials including “What’s New for You” newsletters, fact sheets, talking points, key messages, presentations, announcement emails, surveys, and frequently asked questions
  • Coordinate communications engagement amongst key stakeholders, leadership, and targeted audiences
  • Establish and enhance system deployment and user adoption efforts
  • Review training materials including quick reference guides, demo videos and online courses

What You Will Need to Join Our Award-Winning Team:

  • 10+ years of relevant programs experience, with Navy experience preferred
  • A proven track record of successful project delivery and stakeholder management
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Clearance: Active Secret
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, including team management and development
  • Ability to work onsite at the Washington DC Navy Yard when needed
