Job Summary:
This role is responsible for IT/POS incident resolution efforts, root cause analysis, problem remediation, and ensuring the implementation of permanent fixes in the field. The individual will work closely with internal IT partners and adjacent vendors, ensuring minimal site downtime.
Mammoth Holdings is undergoing business + technology transformation. As a result, tools and processes need to evolve. This role must evolve and operate with the tools and processes necessary to deliver excellent IT/POS services and support.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot network, phone, alarm, cameras and point of sale hardware.
- Partner with our 3rd party network and point of sale vendors for troubleshooting, ordering and replacing hardware.
- Install conduit, cabling, network and point of sale equipment when needed.
- Collaborate with internal IT on assisting site employees with troubleshooting and training of various Mammoth software and applications.
- Assist internal IT and local operations with the setup of computers, tablets and other IT peripherals.
- Audit, organize and order any needed spare parts and equipment monthly.
- Assist with POS conversions and new store openings.
- Become proficient within our internal ticketing system, recording all tasks performed in a timely manner.

Travel: The Job requires up to 2 weeks out of state travel
Education/Certification/Licensure: Experience in networking, cabling, IT hardware installations, low voltage certification.
Experience: Minimum of (1) year of relevant experience with networking, cabling, or POS integrations/troubleshooting.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Demonstrates excellent communication, technical, and analysis skills. Maintains a high degree of professional standards and participates as a team player. Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills. Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment. Knowledgeable in various tools relating to IT and POS incidents.
Working Conditions:
Occasionally bend, twist, reach, pull and push; and lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Travel to store locations. Ability to work evenings/after hours, weekends, or holidays. Comfortable working with power tools, conduit, cables and other mechanical equipment.
