We're seeking someone to join our Network Security Department team as a Program Manager in Cyber to track delivery of key strategic initiatives withing the Web Application Security Fleet along with Fleet Enablement duties.

In the Technology division, we leverage innovation to build the connections and capabilities that power our Firm, enabling our clients and colleagues to redefine markets and shape the future of our communities. This is a Tech Program Mgmt position at the Vice President level, which is part of the job family responsible for overseeing and leading the execution of multiple projects and/or programs, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives. Includes program management and related project support roles.

What you'll do in the role:

  • Staff, develop and lead one or more teams which is part of a department.

  • Analyze multiple sets of information to create summaries for various stakeholders.

  • Set the vision and strategic direction for the Web Application Security Fleet.

  • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive program management strategies.

  • Ensure alignment of program initiatives with corporate goals and market opportunities.

  • Monitor and report on program performance and strategic outcomes.

  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence across the organization.

  • Identify and resolve critical program risks and issues.

  • Drive continuous improvement and best practices in program management.

What you'll bring to the role:

  • Experience in effectively executing IT strategy, delivery and complex initiatives.

  • Ability to present information in a clear and concise manner to technology and business leadership.

  • Advanced understanding of functional area and competent understanding of competitive environment.

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

  • Extensive experience in project/program management, with a focus on strategic leadership. - Deep expertise in managing large-scale, complex programs.

  • Strong strategic thinking and visionary leadership skills.

  • Excellent communication and executive-level stakeholder management abilities.

  • Proven ability to align program initiatives with corporate goals and market opportunities. - Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies.

  • Ability to foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence across the organization.

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $120,000 and $170,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also i
