Workforce Data Analyst

Position Summary:
Responsible for providing data and analytics to enable the company workforce forecasting and reporting process and practices. Support the workforce planning team in the development and execution of workforce planning in retail divisions and other lines of business. Role model and demonstrate the companys core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety of others.
- Gather and analyze data required for company workforce planning development
- Enhance human resources analytics and reporting processes/practices
- Analyze broad ranges of workforce data and propose workforce insights
- Create data reports and provide updates to the company reporting structure
- Monitor data specifications and quality assurance for mandatory compliance and regulatory reporting
- Compile and provide data, feedback and support needed for administration of the annual Associate Survey
- Develop relevant and actionable company workforce data analysis to support the companys people strategy
- Conduct analysis to identify trends, correlations, risks and improvement opportunities in areas of headcount, hires, turnover, retention and engagement
- Develop regular and ad hoc reports for internal use
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of dataflow and interfaces
- Establish and maintain audit practices to insure adherence to data governance guidelines
- Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation
- Bachelors degree in one of the following: HR (Human Resources), Business, Social Sciences, Statistics
- Knowledge of company and HR policies/procedures/practices and organizational structure
- Knowledge of Business Objects
- 1+ years analytical and problem solving experience
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills with an attention to detail
- Demonstrated independent decision-making skills
- Ability to preserve confidentiality of information
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated time management and project management skills
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and workload
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to travel up to 10% independently
